Telephone
Interviews
Feedback has an in-house team of telephone
interviewers; we have CATI facilities and
conduct interviews with members of the public
and the business community.
Face to Face Interviews
Through our 11 supervisors who cover
the entirety of the UK, Feedback has access
to a national network of trained interviewers
who are able to handle all types of face-to-face
interview including street interviews, in-home
interviews, door to door and Hall Testing.
In-Depth Interviews
Our Research Executives who are fully trained
and conversant in diagnostic, depth-interviewing
techniques would handle this qualitative dimension
of our services.
Focus Group Discussions (Qualitative Research)
Our Research executives are trained moderators
of focus groups, and in addition to the qualitative
work we undertaken in-house, we are also happy
to recruit for others to conduct their own.
Mystery Shopping
Increasingly, we are undertaking mystery shopping
exercises on behalf of our clients, either
by telephone, personal visit or internet.
Fieldwork Only
We are happy to provide a "field and tab"
service only or to be wholly involved in the
diagnosis, questionnaire design, interpretation,
reporting and presentation of findings.
Analysis Only
We can provide specialist data processing
services at excellent value for money, using
either SNAP or SPSS software.
